At DGCOSMETICOLUXE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us immediately at our support email or phone number with your order details.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy below.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs (if the product is damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products only, subject to availability. Please contact our support team to check exchange eligibility.
